Summary	0001957: libopenmpt API for MIDI output data
Description	It might be desirable to, in addition to the rendered PCM output, provide access to realtime MIDI data that would be sent to external devices or unavailable plugins.
Additional Information	Note: This would explicitly not include talking to MIDI hardware, just API access to the data.
