Summary0001911: Automatic delay commands doesn't seem to do anything
Description

The description for the 'Automatic delay commands' option says that it automatically inserts appropriate note-delay commands when recording notes during live playback. However, when I try it, it acts as if the option is disabled when it really is enabled. This option is specifically useful for making intentionally bad songs.

Steps To Reproduce

Enable the 'Automatic delay commands' option.
Play some notes during live playback.
The option was supposed to add automatic note-delay commands, but it doesn't.

Right-click into a pattern. Is the quantize setting enabled? If so, this has precedence over delay commands.

Just disabled it. Works now. Legit thought it was a bug

Good to hear that it was that simple. To make it clearer, the next OpenMPT will mention right in the description of the Automatic Delay Commands setting that it doesn't apply when record quantization is enabled.
