Summary0000190: PC Notes should have an edit memory
Description

Right now, when entering a PC note into the pattern, the plugin/parameter/effect values are left empty. Just like when entering a "normal" effect, previously entered values should be memorized.

Additional Information

When the new behaviour is implemented, the row spacing setting should also be taken into account for PC notes.
