Description

USB Keyboard is unable to play more than one note at a time when instrument/sample is dropped into Instrument editor menu. Playback issue resolves when you click out of the Instrument Editor or out of OpenMPT itself.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Attach USB MIDI keyboard
  • Open OpenMPT and create new module, ensure MIDI keyboard is connected and recognized
  • Select "Instruments" tab
  • Click and drag instrument/sample of choice from left menu into the instrument editor
  • Press keys on MIDI keyboard.
    • Notice how only one note can be played at a time. Compare with computer keyboard, which will be able to play chords and multiple notes at once.
Additional Information

Issue resolves itself when you click out of the Instrument Editor or out of OpenMPT entirely. Only repeats when adding a new instrument in the Instrument Editor.
