| Description | Module comments don't appear to support the typing of CJK text. When attemping to do so, the text is not saved and when reloading the module, the CJK text shows up as question marks (or in other words, mojibake). |

| Steps To Reproduce | Open a module, type in some CJK text, save the module, close it, and then reload it. The question marks should be there. |
