Description

If the instrument library treeview is hidden, it can still be accessed via the respective shortcut (Alt+I by default). It's even possible to fully interact with it via the keyboard.

The keyboard shortcut is disabled in r21256 when the tree view is invisible. However, it is still possible to interact with the tree view if it had keyboard focus while it was made invisible, this will need a separate fix.

r21289 should also fix the focus after hiding the tree view.
