Description

bug tracking system - if submit file, can never get out of bug you are in except to submit new bug. you essentially lose your bug report.
[newest information, process below also makes duplicates of your bug]

Steps To Reproduce

Report Issue.
upload file by clicking browse button.
fill out bug report.
send bug report.
get error message that (no matter what file type) this file type is not accepted, hit back button. you are in endless loop of this.

Additional Information

hitting the submit button seems to actually submit the form and make a new bug, even though it tells you there's an error and it couldn't be submitted because it doesn't accept your file type, and to please hit the back button. when you hit the back button and submit again, you submit another duplicate bug.

so the user of the bug tracking system gets stuck in an endless loop of unknowingly (and frustratingly) creating duplicate bugs. like I did. and there is no undo button or way to delete the duplicate bugs.

so this is a bug in the bug tracking system that should be reported and fixed.
