Summary0000171: Arpeggio effect (Jxx) is ignored if a note hasn't yet played.
Description

If you have the following:
ModPlug Tracker IT
|.....d04JC0
|.....d00J..
|.....d00J..
|.....d00J..
|D-701d00J..
the note will not play with an arpeggio, even though it should (and used to do so)
All upcoming notes won't play the arpeggio because they do not register the JC0 from the first line. If this pattern however loops or a new empty line with JC0 is found, the arpeggio starts to work, and can't be made broken again unless you close the song and reopen it.

Steps To Reproduce

2 ways:

  1. Create a new song with a pattern shown as above and play it.

  2. Open an existing song that has this pattern, and play it.

Will work until the arpeggio is set after a note has been played. Then you can't get it broken anymore.

I've included a testsong that does this so 2 is probably easier.

Additional Information

This doesn't have to start on the first pattern, just the order in the song. If first a Jxx (anything higher than J00) without a note is played followed by J00 notes, the Jxx is ignored

Enable compatible playback mode to get IT's arpeggio behaviour.
