Summary0001640: MIDI pitch wheel should influence the pitch of the playing instrument while recording
Description

At the moment you can record pitch wheel changes into an mptm format module as you record MIDI live, but there is no audible change to the current instrument as you play. It is only on the second play through that the pitch changes affect the instrument's pitch. It would be great if you could hear the pitch changes to the instrument in real time as you are recording.
