Summary0001626: Currently sellected instrument not updating
Description

Seems to be a bug

Example 1: I create a New Instrument in Instruments tab. The currently selected instrument shown in the dropdown in Patterns view doesn't update. It's still set on the last instrument.

Example 2: Change the instrument in Instruments tab, when I click back on Patterns tab, the currently selected instrument is different than the one shown in the Instruments tab.

Expected behavior: whatever instrument is selected in the Instruments tab should match the selected instrument shown in Patterns tab.

Please confirm which OpenMPT version you are using because that sounds suspiciously like something that has been fixed in v1.30.03.00.
