Summary0001460: WASAPI: Stutter on playback when clicking button 'Play From Start' or pressing F6
Description

On my system: Ubuntu 20.10, wine-6.8 (Staging), PulseAudio 13.99.2, emu01k1 sound blaster live soundcard, Ryzen 3600 processor
Using WASAPI.

Playback noticeably stutters when I start playback with 'Play From Start' feature, either by clicking on the button or pressing F6.
It doesn't stutter when I press F7.

DBZ FOREVER!!! !!! !!! !!!

Steps To Reproduce

Open a song with a sound at the start such as a kick drum.

Start playback with F6.

It sounds like the kick drum plays twice really quickly.

Additional Information

Looking at Pavucontrol, the 'audio stream' number for openmpt increases every time I start playback via F6.
But it stays the same when I start playback via F7.
I thought that was interesting and might be relevant.

I tried capturing audio into audacity by recording from 'monitor of emu10k1' to give an example of what I'm hearing.
Interestingly the captured audio is also bugged, but in a different way from what I'm hearing - I hear the sound stutter as if the first few ms are played twice, but in the recording it's like the first few ms aren't there at all.
