Summary0001383: shorten OpenMPT version numbering scheme
Description

The current version of OpenMPT is 1.29.05.00. As such, there are 4 components of the version number:

1
29
05
00

Browsing through previous releases, the last 2 digits seem always to be zero ( = unused). If so, version numbering should be shortened accordingly. Means under the shortened version scheme, the current release would be 1.29.05 (instead of 1.29.05.00).

The last component of the version number is not unused - is used for test builds. If it's not 0, a version is considered to be a test build. To be able to easily tell them apart (just look at the last component, do not need to count if there are 3 or 4 components), the version number is always displayed in full.
