Summary0001343: Tapping for BPM button is broken
Description

Whenever I try to click on the tap button 4 to 16 to set the BPM, the tempo gets set 32 BPMs. 17 or more will set the tempo to 1000 BPMs. However, the second and third tap appears to work correctly.

Steps To Reproduce

1.) Click the tap button between 4 to 16 consecutive times. This will set the tempo to 32 BPMs as a result.
2.) Click the tap button 17 or more consecutive times. This will set the tempo to 1000 BPMs as a result.
