Summary	0001341: Options of creation of the new module on-default.
Description	Each time, creating the new module, it is necessary to enter the options of a song. In difference from options on-default, I ALWAYS change Sample Volume, Synth Volume, Initial Tempo, Ticks/Row, Old Effects, Comatible Gxx, Pattern Properties (Rows)... At everyone the preferences. To guess them it is impossible. It would be quite good to have possibility to create the template of options of the module which would be used each time at creation...
