Description

Some OctaMed files (seems to be the v1), doesn't have their tempo loaded properly

Steps To Reproduce

Load the attached med files and play (tempo is set to minimum)

Some other med files from this page doesn't load either: http://amp.dascene.net/detail.php?detail=modules&view=1262

There are many changes and improvements in the OctaMED loader in the upcoming OpenMPT 1.29, please try the latest test builds from https://builds.openmpt.org/builds/

I tried the 0.6.0-pre.0 (with xmplay), the files is faster (but it seems too fast), unless the med is wrong itself (not sure what to listen here :D).

Tempo in MED is so weird. The file doesn't even play correctly in MED Soundstudio. libxmp gets it wrong, too. Based on how Delix handles it I have an idea what the correct behaviour should be, but I will have to double-check.

Legacy tempo commands F01-F0A are fixed in r12874.
