Wonder if this also will make path for AHX support in the future too? �
Guessing of that it would be easier when a sample synthesis engine is in place

Implemented in r20583.

If AHX synth instruments can be expressed in similar ways as those as in MED, and if pattern commands are mostly compatible regular module formats, it may be able to add support for AHX as well.
