The resonance can do that to a sample, try other vsts or samples and do the same with max resonance and different cut off filter in other hosts and you will get the same results.

The filter behaviour is now consistent with IT and XMPlay, which means that the filter produces less garbage output in extreme cases. However, The clicks that can be heard in your example file are totally intentional - you change from a high cutoff value to a low cutoff value, so the output volume changes drastically. To avoid this, put a note next to all Z70, or use smooth macro slides (\xx instead of Zxx). I fear there's nothing more that can be done about it. It's simply how the resonant filter works.
