Summary0000123: First note in pattern / sample editor is not played
Description

After loading / creating a new module, the first entered note is not played. This can also happend sporadically during editing, when opening the sound buffer which was previously closed.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Create new module
2) Draw sample
3) Try to play sample. First attempt will change the "play" icon in the main toolbar, but no sound is produced.
