Summary0001168: Ghost notes in MPTM
Description

Hello, Saga,
can you add ghost notes feature ( like in FT2, note without instrument number dont reset envelope) in MPTM format. Envelope carry function - not the same. Thanks.

You can put a GFF or g09 effect next to a note to achieve the same behaviour. Depending on the IT compatibility flags being enabled, you may also have to enable the "Compatible Gxx" feature in the Song Properties.

But why MPTM is chained to IT and cant handle useful features from other formats?

Because it is, quite literally, an IT file with some extensions.

It could be. Eventually. If/when someone spends a considerable amount of time to implement it.
