Summary0001159: Pan settings doesn't work properly with OPL instruments
Description

The pan effect doesn't work properly with OPL instruments, even if I am setting some values to the X command effect or adjusting the channel's pan setting.

Steps To Reproduce

By loading the provided module and hitting the play button, the OPL instrument seems to not work nice with pan settings, while a sample based instrument simply doesn't have any problem.

Additional Information

The device I used in the Sound Card menu is Headphones Communication DirectX, and I have a IDT sound driver for my HP notebook laptop.

As documented in the example song thread, OPL can only pan hard left, center and hard right.
