Summary | 0001143: Option to reload module with plugins when export for each render
Description | I've noticed that tempo-synced VSTs like Synth1 don't get reset or re-synced when rendering. For example, if you have LFO routed to filter envelope and synced to tempo enabled, and play something jumping around, the LFO keeps running as isn't position aware. The same happens when you export with or without clearing plugin tails. Other thing I thought, is instead of 20 seconds of silence, being able to customise to any beats 'Render <number> beats' or so.

Tested code revision (in case you know it)
What you propose does not save the problem at hand. Rendering e.g. 4 bars of silence means that the difference between OpenMPT's and Synth1's clock is still the same, just shifted by 4 beats. Reopening the module to work around a plugin bug seems like an unnecessarily gross hack to add to the xport dialog - if you need to employ this hack, you could have just as well hit Ctrl+W instead of clicking that hypothetical checkbox. |

(for clarification: Synth1 has several opportunities to reset its running LFOs but it makes use of none of them, so this is not an OpenMPT bug) |
