Summary	0000952: Support for MPE (Multidimensional Polyphonic Expression)
Description	Specs: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vpjxoPHw82X3xyNvE6_hsDeL86vloNQZC83NHD8edow This allows automatic spreading of notes over several MIDI channels to avoid the shortcomings of MIDI 1.0. We can check for VST plugins returning effCanDo("MPE") but a few plugins I tried from http://www.rogerlinndesign.com/ls-recommended-sounds.html did not actually claim to support MPE through this opcode. Possible implementation: New MIDI channel type "MPE" in the dropdown list in the instrument editor, which maps notes to the least-recently-used MIDI channel.
