Summary0000912: KBD file for Hungarian keyboard layout compatibility
Description

Hungarian (pc/laptop) keyboards have Z and Y swapped. So at least one compatible keyboard definition file is needed for Hungarian users to enter melodies correctly via their keyboard.
The attached .zip file contains such a definition. Please add it to your project.

Note keys will be layout-independent in OpenMPT 1.27, so if you didn't change anything apart from the note keys, there will no longer be a need for special keymaps for QWERTZ layouts.But thanks for your contribution!
