Yes, I think it should as we probably do not want to track the subsong number in allsubsongs mode, thus, get_CURRENT_subsong would be completely misleading in that case.
Additionally, getting the selected subsong allows determining whether a potential future subsong heuristic has chosen subsong -1 or 0 as default.
We might also add get_current_subsong, IFF we can provide the correct answer also in allsubsongs mode.
