Modifier shortcuts (e.g. Selection / Copy Select / Chord Entry) currently generate tons of unnecessary key bindings. This is to avoid stuck modifiers when depressing keys in the wrong order. It would make sense to implement these modifiers separately from the normal shortcut logic, so that the shortcut map is less populated.
