Summary0000710: Song Properties in View Menu but no song open
Description

When i start openModPlug and there is no song loaded, and i go to the view menu, the Song-Properties and the MIDI settings are activated, but when pressing on them nothing happens. If a song is open they work and open the properties.
But if no song is opened they may should be deactivated.

Steps To Reproduce

Start openModPlug-Tracker,
close all songs in the tracker,
go to the view menu,
click song-settings or midi-mapping or channel-manager,
logically nothing happens because no song is open.

Additional Information

But the menu points are activated, i think they should be greyed out.
