Summary0000706: In the comments editor ctrl+A is not working

When i open the comments plane in a ompt file,
and put the cursor into the editors text,
control-key+a is not working to select all text at once.

Steps To Reproduce

Open comments plane
put the cursor into the editor at some plane in your comment text
press control-key and A to select the whole text in the comments editor.

Additional Information

Nothing happens, the text does not get selected.

This is an operating system issue and such a minor issue that I am not going to bother circumventing it: (in essence, Windows does not implement Ctrl+A for multiline text boxes)

You can always use the context menu option, or Ctrl+Home Ctrl+Shift+End.
