Description

The official 32-bit builds are currently compiled with VS2008. Our custom tooltips e.g. in the instrument editor do not seem to work in this version, but they do work in VS2010.

r3923 seems to be the culprit in this particular case... I guess this is the old problem where group boxes need to be above everything else in the z-order rather than below for tooltips to work, which is kinda counter-intuitive, and somehow it doesn't seem to be a problem with the MFC version in VS2010...
