Description

Hi there,

since upgrading from 1.23 to 1.24, I noticed that fine (?) vibrato effects in some of my tues (all IT) have a somewhat reduced depth in comparison to older releases. However, this does not seem to affect autovibrato, normal vibrato (HXX) or slides in general.
I've added a short file with a particular noticeable vibrato depth difference between 1.23 and 1.24 (in that order).

Hope you can help with this. :/

Steps To Reproduce

The lead waveform in the test file is a simple 337 samples long triangle wave (should work with any wave though), the commands looks like this (speed 6, tempo 123):

Oops, there was indeed a little typo in the vibrato code.
Should be fixed in r4680, please grab a test build to confirm: http://buildbot.openmpt.org/builds/
