Summary0000620: WaveOut playback too fast and crackling on some Wine setups
Description

Using WaveOut with small latencies on Wine 1.4.x and 1.6.x on Ubuntu 12.04 (and derivates) results in buffer underruns which appear to cause skipping buffers somewhere, which results in overall playback speed being too fast and the output crackles.

Steps To Reproduce

This happens mainly for short latencies (<50ms) and is not always reproduceable. Keeping the system otherwise 100% CPU busy appears to help reproducing (but again, not always).
This might (or might not) be related to the wine-pulseaudio patches that Ubuntu is applying.

Almost certainly fixed by r6409.
We currently have no system to reliably verify that though.
