Summary	0000593: xmp-openmpt settings - issues with channels and samplerates
Description	Samplerate and channel settings are borked. In WinAmp the choices appear under the samplerate dropdown menu, and the channel dropdown menu is greyed out.. In XMPlay the samplerate both of the dropdown menu are greyed out.
Steps To Reproduce	Install r4371 of the input plugins for WinAmp and XMPlay. Go to the setting window. Samplerate and channel dropdown menu have the issue.
Additional Information	I installed r4371 of the imput plugin on foobar, winamp and xmplay. This releas added support for settings under foobar, maybe it's related? Btw, does all the plugin use the same registry key?
