It moves the scrollbar to the rightmost side in the horizontal plane (hence, "Right Edge") (similar to a "horizontal End") (like Left Edge for the leftmost side (similar to a "horizontal Home") and the Top (Home) and Bottom (End) functions for the respective directions in the vertical plane)
