Summary0000531: Compatible (FT2 Pan Law) seems to find incompatible mixes when you click on "Find OpenMPT Hacks"
Description

This only happens with XM (FT2) files, this glitch happened when OpenMPT 1.23 detects an XM as an incompatible mix! Is there any way to fix this?

Steps To Reproduce

When a module is set to Compatible (FT2 Pan Law), click on "Find OpenMPT Hacks" and it incorrectly says it finds an incompatible mix! Weird, Huh?
