Summary	0000511: Right-click menu order list issues
Description	I read in the history that right-clicking an order list item no longer makes playback in the "follow song" mode jump to that position, which is great. This results in inserting new patterns through the right-click menu now also not having an effect on playback. However, this should probably also be changed for removal of patterns as well. Removing oder list items still makes playback jump to the new position.
Steps To Reproduce	load module play module with enabled "follow song" mode remove any order-list item

Saga Musix 2014-06-07 15:35 administrator ~0001696	Fixed in r4088. Additionally, OpenMPT tries to stay at the current pattern/order when removing an order before the currently playing order.
