Summary0000465: Settings windows not present in foobar plugin
Description

The settings windows is not present in foobar plugin.
You can see the component is installed and it does play modules.
(DUMB module decoder is removed)

Steps To Reproduce

Install foo_openmpt.dll (0.2.3537), launch foobar (1.3b7), go to settings.
There's no config tab for OpenMPT, but it's visible as an isntalled component.

Additional Information

foo_openmpt.dll 0.2.3532 had the same issue.

Oh, I see it's not a bug but a "missing" feature.
Foobar2k users will like it I suppose.

Please add this. The default interpolation makes tracks sound horrible and there is a configuration mode supplied for the XMPlay version.

Since r4371, settings can now be accessed via fb2k advanced settings (in "Decoding/OpenMPT Component") and will get applied when loading a new file. This is no perfect solution, but it's better than nothing and at least allows you to change settings at all.
You can get updated versions at http://buildbot.openmpt.org/ in about half an hour (when it got built automatically).
