Description

It's not possible to see the config windows while the player (XMPlay) is set to be always on top, since the config window of the plugin is exactly behind the one of XMPlay, and won't be able to come on top.

Steps To Reproduce

Install xmp-openMPT on a clean XMPlay install, launch XMPlay, right click on the UI, options and stuff, miscellaneous, check "on top" option for both mini and normal mode. Go then in the Input tab, select OpenMPT (0.2.3532, hit config: the config window of the plugin will open, but under the player config, being basically unusable (unclickable).
If XMPlay is set to be not always on top, the config windows won't cover OpenMPT one, which will be usable.

Additional Information

XMplay doesn't seem to be the cause, since other plugins don't exibit the issue, also Winamp plugins (that XMPlay can load) aren't affected too.
xmp-openmpt seems to be the only one affected.

I think, r3537 should work-around this problem. Could you please try whether http://buildbot.openmpt.org/builds/auto/libopenmpt-win32/libopenmpt-win32-r3537.7z works for you?

Tried r3537, it's fine now. No more covered setting windows with XMPlay.
Beautifully solved. Thanks.
For sake of completion I'll check WA and Foobar ones.
