Summary0000382: After split stereo sample to mono the instrument list doesn't get updated
Description

If a stereo sample is splitted from Convert to mono > Split sample the intrument list isn't updated.

Steps To Reproduce

Start OpenMPT
Crete new module
In sample editor, import a stereo sample and Convert to mono > Split sample
Go to the pattern editor, the instrument list isn't updated

Has the bug occurred in previous versions?
