Summary0001829: Lock Envelopes' Movement Rates
Description
When a "Ticks/Row" has changed,envelopes' movement rates will also changed,Some envelopes(such as "Reverse Cymbals") need envelopes that don't change with "Ticks/Row"s.
Maybe a switch button can do it(Change envelopes so that they follow beats or seconds as their speeds)(set in "Instrument-Pitch/Tempo Lock" column)
