This would require depending on (lib)ancient (and maybe also libarchive). While this feature request is certainly useful, I am not sure if I want to extent the scope of openmpt123 to be some kind of full-fledged player (at least for now). |

I'm a linux user, this is already packaged in debian, it's native and lightweight. the lack of support for compression is crippling because modules are often compressed and you'll need to uncompress your collection in order to use it. |
