Summary0001699: RETRO build installation problems in 1.31.01.00
Description

Various things went wrong with the newly advertised 1.31 RETRO build installer and auto-update features:

  1. auto-update is disabled
  2. CryptoPP does not compile on amd64
  3. the installer script references {autopf} for new installs, which does not exist in InnoSetup5
  4. the generated packages are not actually signed with our update key
  5. the signatures and keys are not distributed
  6. Windows XP does not have RestartManager
