Summary0001501: Some context menus cannot be accessed with the keyboard
Description

In some places the Applications key does nothing instead of opening the context menu.
So far, I've noticed this in the order list and in the sample map. Maybe there are more such places I haven't found yet.
Also, the channel header context menu can't be assigned to a shortcut key.

Application key support has been in added in r15637 (backported to 1.29 in r15638). Adding a shortcut for the channel header context menu will follow next.

r15639 adds two new shortcuts to open the channel context menu and the channel plugin context menu. r15640 backports them to OpenMPT 1.29.
