Description | Many crash dumps that I have analyzed in the past were the result of specific actions being carried out just before the crash happened, but users typically don't remember the exact things they did just before the crash. Especially with different shortcuts doing similar things, it's difficult to figure out what exactly the user did to cause the crash.
