Summary	0001455: Incorrect channel number in the quick channel settings dialog
Description	In the title of the Quick Channel Settings dialog the channel number is off by one. E.G., when editing channel 1 the title is Settings for Channel 0.

Saga Musix 2021-05-05 19:14 administrator ~0004757	Whoops, fixed in r14831. OpenMPT 1.29 doesn't have this window title yet but I will backport the fixed version.
