Summary0001369: Correct interpolation at the start of ping-pong loops
Description

OpenMPT has a loop look-ahead buffer for the end of loops, however there is no such buffer for the start of the loop, which is required to interpolate the start of ping-pong loops correctly. This can lead to small artifacts which can be observed in the attached module.

When I implemented the look-ahead buffers, the CHN_WRAPPED_LOOP flag did not exist, but now we can use it to fix this issue.
