Summary0001299: Toggle "Record Parameter Changes" without Plugin Window focus
Description

Would be nice if i didn't have to use the mouse to click the plugin window in order to turn off "Record Parameter Changes" while i'm editing in the Pattern Editor. The assigned KBSC doesn't work unless the plugin window has focus. Can we make that apply no matter what has the focus?

Which plugin is the shortcut supposed to toggle? It only works in the plugin editor because it needs to know which plugin automation you want to turn on or off.

Ah! Hence the problem...

Well, perhaps a universal Disable would be called for here. I mainly run into the problem when i have a plugin window open (with its own GUI) but i'm editing in the PE.

Maybe it would apply to whatever plugin window is open, and if none are open, it disables ALL parameter recording.
