Summary0001174: Option to always center the active sequence position

A small suggestion on sequence-scrolls, apart from the current scroll-when-position-goes-out-of-view
When it's unchecked: No scrolling
When it's square-checked: Scrolls like the current scrolling
When it's checked: the scroll centers on the sequence-position.
Could be a good miscellaneous function.

Which effects does this have?
Well probably the same as center view to active row in the pattern-area

TagsNo tags attached.
Has the bug occurred in previous versions?
Tested code revision (in case you know it)

The following is a possible workaround as long as you don't want to constantly switch between those three different modes and just always want to center the active item: Go to the advanced settings, find the DefaultSequenceMargins setting and set it to a value higher than half of the visible order list items, for simplicity it can be any arbitrary large value (e.g. 100).
