Summary0001164: Pasting OPL instrument into an occupied sample crashes OpenMPT
Description

As what the title said, I'm using version 1.28.00.38. The crash just closes the program without giving me any error logs or dumps.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create MPTM module
  2. Make one OPL instrument and one sample with data
  3. Copy the OPL instrument with ctrl+c
  4. Paste it into the sample with ctrl+v
