Summary	0001163: (MPTM] Make all FM instrument definition parameters controllable in realtime via pattern commands
Description	Self explanatory, the MPTM's FM part feels nowhere near feature-complete without capability to control ADSR, frequency multipliers, feedback and other values on the fly, directly from the pattern, much like in AT2.
Additional Information	Multiple conflicting commands, simultaneously modifying the same instrument on different channels will need to be taken under the consideration probably

Speaking in general for the FM enthusiast community, we're overjoyed to see openMPT have support for FM now. We hope the devs will take it seriously and continue to work on it until it's feature complete.
