Summary0001138: Enable/add tooltips of channel name to channels
Description

When using names longer than channel width, are edge cropped and you can't see properly the name or channel number unless you click a cell and look in the status bar. Tooltips will enhance some uses of channel info.

In fact, I guess we can add many more tooltips to the pattern tab, e.g. to explain any cell contents.

Implemented in r11876 for the header area (channel names, plugin names, show pattern properties). Later we could extend this for pattern data as well.
