Summary0001094: Smooth scrolling
Description

Instead of having the pattern view scrolling row by row when playing, it would be more easy on the eyes to have it scrolling smoothly.
It could be done by interpolating the timing between two rows, or/and by using a more precise value in addition to the current row (eg: the current tick)
